The Friends at Home program gives you the chance to get to know your Special Friend s in the environment they are most comfortable in: their own homes. Together you can bake cookies, play games, create arts and crafts items, play in the snow, read books, or do just about anything you can think of! The opportunities are endless for the two of you to have a great time together - it's no wonder special -needs children often wait the whole week for the moment their Friend (that's you) walks through the door!

And if you're between 12 and 14, we've got a special program just for volunteers like you: the My Friend program. Similar to Friends at Home, My Friend pairs you up once a week with younger children who benefit from your positive influence and companionship as an older friend. During your visits, you'll enjoy all kinds of activities, games and sports together, doing all the things great Friends do.
